Here, it’s a perfect summer: air temperature +30°C, water +28°C, and visibility up to 15 meters deep. Every morning begins with a boat trip out to sea. Silence. A light breeze. And freediving that’s accessible to everyone — whether you’re a beginner or a confident diver.
A space will be created just for you — calm, safe, and inspiring.

We will stay in a tropical oasis — a five-star hotel with bungalows overlooking the jungle or the sea. The perfect place to relax after a busy day on the water.
Each room features air conditioning, a lounge area, tea and coffee, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
You can enjoy a massage at the spa, and we have also included and a visit to mud baths is also included in the program — not only pleasant but also very beneficial after freediving!

FREEDIVING TOUR TO PHU QUOC
Phu Quoc Island is located in the Gulf of Thailand and consists of more than 20 islands. Here you will find diverse coral reefs, exotic fish, and other marine life. Phu Quoc is also known for its picturesque beaches, tropical forests, and unique culture.
Water temperature during this period ranges around 27–28 degrees Celsius, visibility reaches 15–20 meters, and the maximum diving depth will be 40 meters, making the dives comfortable for both beginner and advanced freedivers.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Open to everyone, regardless of age or skill level. Especially comfortable for freedivers with children — separate kids' sessions with a certified Molchanovs instructor are provided.

— We will analyze and learn to properly perform exercises for sensitivity and control of the vocal cords, soft palate, correct tongue position and movements, and the larynx;
— We will study the anatomy of pressure compensation;
— We will master the correct execution of “p”, “t”, and “k” valve equalization techniques;
— Skills will be practiced in open water.
For advanced freedivers (from Wave 2 level and above) — 3 days.
— Step-by-step explanation of the Mouthfill technique along with the physiology and pressure theory. Differences from classic Frenzel;
— Practice of necessary dry-land exercises using special tools for training pressure compensation;
— Practical training in open water under instructor supervision and corrections.
